NURSE AMELIA COLLECTIVE.

A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount is deducted from your treatment total on the day of your visit.

Deposits are non-refundable for change of mind but may be transferred as a credit towards a future appointment when the required cancellation notice is provided.

We kindly ask that all clients arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment. Arrivals of 10 minutes or more may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the booking deposit.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations.

• ✦24 hours or more: Your deposit will be credited towards your next appointment.
• ✦Less than 24 hours: Your deposit will be forfeited.
• ✦No-shows: Failure to attend without notice may result in a charge of up to the full treatment fee, where agreed to in advance and legally enforceable.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or changes in personal circumstances, except where required by law.

Every client’s skin, health and treatment response is unique. Results vary, and specific outcomes or treatment numbers cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, including unopened products.

If you experience an unexpected reaction, please contact the clinic for advice and assessment.

Refunds and other remedies remain available where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Discounted treatment packages require full payment at the time of purchase.

Packages are allocated to the treatments selected and cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind.

All treatments are subject to ongoing clinical suitability. If a treatment cannot safely proceed, we will discuss appropriate options and any applicable refund rights.

Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase, unless a longer period or a lawful exemption applies.

Vouchers may be redeemed towards eligible treatments and services within their validity period.

Please keep your gift voucher details secure. Lost or stolen vouchers may not be replaceable if their validity or remaining balance cannot be verified.

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

All treatments at Nurse Amelia Collective are subject to an individual consultation and clinical assessment.

We reserve the right to decline or postpone a treatment where it is considered clinically unsuitable or unsafe.

Clients will be provided with relevant information regarding treatment benefits, risks and aftercare before proceeding.
