Booking Terms & Conditions
A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your treatment total.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Deposits will be credited towards a future appointment when sufficient notice is provided. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Arrivals of 10 minutes or more may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows may incur a charge of up to the full treatment fee, where agreed to in advance and legally enforceable.
Refunds & Packages: Refunds are not provided for change of mind. Prepaid treatment packages cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind.
Gift Vouchers: Valid for three years from the date of purchase.
Treatment Suitability: All treatments are subject to clinical assessment. Results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
